How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
When will you ship the item?
All orders will be fulfilled by Burhani Electronics Establishment.
Deliveries within Kuwait:
Deliveries within Kuwait shall be fulfilled within 2-3 days. However, delivery time depends on the local delivery speed, which we cannot fully control.
We offer Same-Day delivery for orders placed before 11:30 AM (Kuwait time) to most locations in Kuwait. However, certain remote areas are excluded from Same-Day Delivery and will be processed for Standard delivery instead.
Same-Day Delivery Conditions:
Order Placed Before 11:30 AM – Should be confirmed & paid before the cutoff time.

Important Note:
No Refunds for Same-Day Delivery Charges – If an order is placed after 11:30 AM or from an excluded location, the same-day delivery fee (if applicable) shall not be refunded.
Deliveries outside of Kuwait:
Deliveries outside of Kuwait orders shall be shipped with 2-3 days and a tracking number will be provided as available. However, delivery time depends on the local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control.

For shipments to Qatar, ensure complete address details contain:
- Zone number
- Street number
- Building number

Customers must provide receiver Qatar ID copy/number for customs clearance.
*Customers from Saudi Arabia:
For shipments to Saudi Arabia, National address shall contain six components which are:
- Building Number
- Street Name
- Neighborhood/ District
- City
- Postal Code
- Additional Number

- Provide a Complete Address: Include your house/building number, street name, and any landmarks if needed. The delivery address must be detailed and accurate.
- Use a Valid Contact Number: A working mobile number helps the courier reach you easily.
- Double-Check Your Details: Ensure your address and phone number are correct before placing your order.
- Monitor Your Tracking: Keep an eye on your tracking link for delivery updates.
- Be Available for Delivery: Couriers may call before delivery, so stay reachable.
- Check for Customs Fees: Some countries may charge duties or taxes upon arrival.

If you are located in a country/region where we currently do not offer shipping services and would like to inquire about potential delivery arrangements, please contact our customer support team at management@burhanielectronics.com. We will do our best to provide you with a solution or notify you of any future plans to expand our services.
Can you declare the parcel as a gift?
No, sorry the courier service does not accept declarations as a gift for customs clearance.
Are VAT or import taxes included?
Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT control the taxes. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax for your country. We will try our best to declare a comparatively lower value for the product. If you have further queries, please contact us through management@burhanielectronics.com.
Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?
We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Order Modifications and Address Changes
If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they may not be possible once the order has been processed.
Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your address information is accurate and complete, including the street number, building number, and room number. If the provided address is incorrect and the package is lost, the customer will bear the cost and MCHOSE will not provide a refund or exchange.
Additional notice about shipping
The successful delivery of your order is the client's responsibility. Please be aware of the following situations that may result in the parcel being returned to the shipping company's warehouse:
- If your parcel is held in customs and you fail to provide the necessary information (such as tax payments) within 48 hours, the parcel will be returned to the shipping company's warehouse. If you decide not to receive the parcel, you will bear the return shipping costs (according to the shipping company’s bill). Please note that the sender is not responsible for any refunds in this case.
- If there is an issue with the delivery address or phone number, we will contact you. However, if you do not reply to our inquiry promptly, the parcel may not be delivered successfully. In such cases, you may be responsible for the additional costs of re-delivery.
- If the courier's website shows "Delivered" and more than 1 month has passed without any notification from you, the delivery details will be deleted from the courier's system. We will not be able to offer a refund or further investigation after this period.
- To avoid return shipments, please ensure your full name is provided on the order. Incomplete names may result in the return of the parcel at your expense.
